The Training Coach - MA is responsible for executing on the practical skills training phase of new hire training by following a formal and organized method of teaching new or existing team members the critical thinking skills and high-level competencies to feel comfortable and confident in doing their role. ORAL COMMUNICATION - Expresses information (ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, considering the audience and nature of the information (technical, sensitive, controversial, etc.); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
