Travel is necessary to various regions where Woodcraft Rangers programs are implemented, including San Fernando Valley, South Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, Southeast LA, and Downtown areas, to support or deliver in-person training. The Training Manager directly oversees Senior Trainers and Trainer Associates, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management while ensuring the successful execution of training initiatives.

p>The Manager-In-Training (MIT) will complete training program under supervision of Store Manager and learn to manage, direct and supervise the daily operations of store. All MITs receive on-the-job training from the Store Manager and/or District Manager before transitioning into a Store Manager role.
li>Produce and give extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual, including helping customers as they enter the store, and helping multiple customers during peak periods.
