ul> Oversee the daily operations of the store, including: open and closing procedures, work order management, performing the CICO (Check-In, Check-Out) procedures, providing high levels of customer service, staffing and scheduling and/or making necessary modifications, inventory management and proper cash handling. Drive team performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPI's) and company goals are met or exceeded, including but not limited to: Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion and quality metrics, as well as compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
In addition to running our digital marketing channels, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our referral partner network — organizing events and cultivating relationships with other professionals who serve our ideal clients. Build and maintain a robust referral partner network of financial advisors, CPAs, elder law professionals, wealth managers, senior care providers, and other centers of influence who serve our ideal clients.

The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including, sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
Monitor MIT progress to meet training milestones, timelines, and goals by executing touchpoints with all MITs during each phase of Training, combination of phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to gauge performance. Visit MIT's a minimum of 3-4 visits during the MIT training weeks to evaluate and support training progress as well as provide post-training support.
