High communication with Juvenile Probation, Youth Crisis Intervention Center, Truancy Officer, School, Winnebago Police Department, and the Prosecutor’s office for effective case management.

These responsibilities include training the student residence hall assistants, helping them check in and check out students, inspecting housing units for safety and cleanliness, helping reinforce housing conduct expectations, and managing student behavior in college housing.

Under the general direction and supervision of the Assistant Director, Residence Life, the Residence Life Coordinator assists with supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the College student residential units.

Responsible for validating order accuracy, auditing customer purchase orders, and serving as a key control point between Sales, Finance, and Operations to protect order integrity and support efficient order processing.

This position is responsible for determining and authorizing financial aid awards using the College's student information system (SIS) and providing specialized support for initiatives such as Prisoner Education Program, Workforce Pell and all other special projects. The position assists with application processing, compliance tracking, and direct service to participating students, while also supporting departmental projects and federal reporting that improve efficiency, compliance, and student service delivery.
