Design and implement sales training programs for the Sales team including, but not limited to, onboarding for new outside sales team members, and inside sales team members reinforcing sales strategy and methodology, conveying best practices, improving knowledge repositories, and refining sales engagements through coaching and feedback to sales leaders. Deliver training content using a variety of media and methods, including, but not limited to, in-person lectures and discussion, behavioral learning and simulations (role-playing), documented instruction, and various e-learning or distance-based options.
