Perform a variety of semi-skilled to skilled maintenance, repair, alteration and installation tasks for City buildings and associated structures involving heating, ventilation, and air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, carpentry, and other manual skills.
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager or Facilities Maintenance Lead, this position performs semi-skilled to skilled preventative maintenance, construction, repair, and remodeling work on City buildings and facilities.
