Build cross-disciplinary collaborations with community organizations, clinicians, public health leaders, and policymakers to co-develop and evaluate interventions addressing structural and social determinants of health, leveraging opportunities for cross-campus collaboration across Meharry's health systems, community partners, and national and global health networks. Design and teach graduate-level courses in community-based research methods, population health interventions, and program evaluation (typical load: 4 courses/year), such as Community-Based Participatory Research, Participatory Evaluation and Impact Assessment, or Mixed-Methods Approaches to Health Equity.
