Minimum Educational/Certification Qualifications: • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field • Current full licensure as an LPC in the State of Wyoming (no provisional licenses) • Experience working with young children preferred • Knowledge of early childhood development, special education services, and family systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing individual, family, and group counseling services, conducting screenings and assessments, developing treatment goals and therapeutic plans, participating in multidisciplinary educational planning meetings, collaborating with families and service providers, completing extensive documentation, and maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements.
