You will be required to travel to our remote offices across the U.S. Job Duties Leadership & Coaching Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Account Executives Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with each AE Ride along to onsite customer meetings and provide real-time coaching Help team members improve prospecting, discovery, proposal delivery, and closing skills Create a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement Lead weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and training sessions Revenue & Pipeline Management Manage team quota attainment and revenue performance Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics Hold Account Executives accountable for daily prospecting and pipeline generation activities Assist with strategic opportunities and key account presentations Ensure CRM data integrity and accurate forecasting Develop action plans to improve team performance and close rates Business Development Support Partner with AEs on prospecting strategies and territory development Assist with executive-level meetings and customer presentations Support proposal development and deal strategy Help identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives What Success Looks Like Team Performance Team consistently achieves or exceeds monthly and annual revenue targets Strong pipeline coverage across all territories Improved conversion rates from first meetings to closed business High levels of prospecting activity and new opportunity creation Leadership Performance Successful onboarding and ramp-up of new Account Executives Improved individual AE performance through coaching Low turnover and high employee engagement Strong sales culture focused on accountability and results Qualifications Required 2 years of B2B sales experience 2 years of sales leadership or coaching experience Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and sales metrics Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills Ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales professionals Valid driver's license Access to a reliable, properly insured vehicle Ability to travel 30% Preferred Experience selling Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Telecommunications, or Technology Solutions Experience working with SMB clients (10-100 employees) Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Salesforce Experience building and scaling sales teams Why Join Corporate Technologies?
