Provides senior-level oversight of the full lifecycle of the restaurant’s point of sale (POS) platform and back of house (BOH) systems, including planning, upgrades, deployment, and ongoing support, while driving the adoption and performance of restaurant enhancement technologies and ensuring rigorous quality assurance across all store technology systems.
