The EPG Service Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating customer service activities by conferring with customers and representatives to evaluate and maintain good customer relations, servicing accounts in a timely manner, resolving complaints and ensuring effective communications. You will provide other technical teams with configuration management guidance or advice and work closely with technical teams to improve service maturity, embed better ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement, with real opportunities to take ownership of configuration management initiatives.
This role partners closely with Accounting, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders, providing technical leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on execution across income tax, SALT, and indirect tax matters. Oversee state and local sales and use tax audits and inquiries, including responses to information requests, audit workpaper review, negotiations, settlements, protests, and appeals.
