Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's degree - 6+ years experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery within the information technology function - 6+ years experience leading IT due diligence, IT integration, IT separation, or IT transformation workstreams - 6+ years experience assessing enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating model impacts in a transaction or transformation environment - 6+ years experience developing integration plans, separation plans, TSA inputs, or Day 1 and Day 100 technology roadmaps - 6+ years experience managing project plans, deliverables, stakeholder meetings, and executive status reporting - 6+ years consulting or industry experience; alternatively, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 4+ years of consulting or industry experience - Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve - Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred: - Experience supporting M&A transactions in a consulting environment - Experience with divestiture planning, TSA development, and carve-out execution - Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft technologies - Experience developing PowerPoint deliverables and Excel-based analyses for executive and steering committee audiences - Experience leading teams and managing multiple workstreams across complex client engagements - PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, cloud, or cybersecurity certification The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
