p>Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastics product development or manufacturing In-depth knowledge of plastic materials, extrusion processes, injection molding, surface treatments, and related technologies Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely Demonstrated ability to build and maintain enduring customer relationships through a consultative approach Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial in mindset Familiarity with CRM platforms Willingness to travel up to 75% to meet customers and attend industry events Understanding of plastic extrusion processes Sales experience in manufacturing or industrial markets Technical product knowledge in plastics Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Innovative problem-solving in plastics and regulatory compliance (preferred) Established networking skills within the plastics industry (preferred) Experience in project management (preferred).
