Acting as the key interface between the Development Team, Design Consultants, Project Managers, and Main Contractors, he/she will monitor, review and ensure that the approved design intent is delivered on site, project objectives are achieved, and design-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively throughout construction, through an established regular reporting methodology. Supports the project delivery process by coordinating design-related close-out activities, reviewing as-built documentation, participating in snagging and inspections, and ensuring that design requirements are fully addressed prior to handover.
