Two years of specialized training or education provided through professionally sponsored workshops, technical school, vocational studies, college, or apprentice program Five years of progressively responsible experience in the maintenance, upkeep and beautification of turf, parks, irrigation systems, plant material, equipment, facilities and/or related environments, and employee supervision An equivalent combination of education and experience Successfully pass a background check, a driving record check, and a pre-employment drug test. Under direct supervision of the Parks Director, the Park Maintenance Crew Lead plans, directs, and manages the maintenance operations, irrigation, playgrounds, landscaping, buildings, structures, sport fields or courts, and special events associated with the City of Bountiful parks, open spaces, trails, sports facilities, and streetscapes as assigned.
