3+ years of experience in the complete UX process: identifying customer problem statements, problem discovery, solution generation, concept creation, wireframing, testing, synthesis, iteration, prototyping, heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, customer journey mapping, applying design systems, and producing deliverables for development. You will support the UX design strategy for the organization and partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive the successful creation of compelling, cohesive, and consistent end-to-end experiences across HS1's vast product portfolio.
