Responsibilities: Responsibilities of this position may include analyzing various data sources, studies and performance indicators produced by benchmarking organizations and external transportation organizations, providing robust key performance indicator data to international benchmarking organizations and analyzing data from these organizations to benchmark NYCT's relative performance, identifying the key policy implications for NYC Transit from benchmarking research and communicating these implications to internal decision makers, undertaking independent research to identify best practices across different aspects of transportation policy and practice, collaborating with all departments within the MTA to understand the current and future challenges facing public transit in NYC.
