    UKG / Kronos WFM Consultant

    Remote Occasional Visit Customer place in Florida

    We are seeking a skilled UKG Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready) professional to implement, configure, and support HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to optimize workforce processes and ensure system efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities
    Implementation & Configuration

    Configure UKG Ready modules including:

    Core HR
    Time & Attendance
    Payroll
    Scheduling / Workforce Management


    Participate in end to end implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
    Customize workflows, business rules, and accruals.

    Support & Maintenance

    Provide day to day production support for UKG Ready applications.
    Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve tickets.
    Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements.

    Integration & Data Management

    Handle integrations between UKG Ready and third party systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, Workday).
    Perform data imports/exports and maintain data integrity.
    Develop and maintain reports using UKG reporting tools.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements.
    Provide functional guidance and best practices.
    Conduct user training sessions and create documentation.

    Compliance & Optimization

    Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
    Recommend process improvements to enhance system utilization and efficiency.


    Required Skills
    Technical Skills

    Strong experience with UKG Ready / Kronos Workforce Ready
    Knowledge of:

    Timekeeping & scheduling
    Payroll processing
    HRIS systems


    Experience with:

    APIs / integrations
    Data mapping and migration
    Report building

    Functional Skills

    Understanding of HR and Payroll processes
    Workforce management best practices
    Compliance and labor regulations awareness

    Soft Skills

    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management
    Ability to work independently and in a team


    Preferred Qualifications

    UKG (Kronos) certification is a plus
    Experience in cloud based HR systems
    Knowledge of SQL or reporting tools
    Experience in Agile / project based environments


    Education

    Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field


    Nice to Have Skills

    Experience with UKG Pro, Dimensions, or Workforce Central
    Exposure to integration tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)
    Basic scripting or automation knowledge
