You will provide oversight and strategic direction to the Manage Service Provider (MSP) to ensure efficient service delivery to T&D business users and to manage the day-to-day responsibilities to support and maintain applications in T&D; Follow up on application services and problem escalations, partner with architects, and drive service excellence for our T&D Grid Resilience applications; Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the application service process and communicate and coordinate with business and other IT teams and leadership to ensure appropriate integration of operational activities. You will have a key role in supporting our PSPS, Vegetation Management and Inspections applications, and will partner and effectively collaborate with the business and other operational towers within IT (like Infrastructure, Security, and Service Integration) to ensure operational efficiency.

As an IT Systems Quality Senior Advisor - SAP Security & IAM Architecture, you will act as a key partner to our NextGen transformation, operating as an SAP Security Architect and IAM Architect across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments. + Leads technology evaluation, design, and implementation of infrastructure platforms supporting multiple database platforms, including refresh/upgrades, new feature enablement, and tool acquisition.

Familiarity with modern identity domains, including non-human identities (service accounts, APIs, bots) and advanced identity security capabilities (e.g., AI-driven or agent identity governance, identity security posture management).
