Wells Fargo is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead - Advisor Recruiting & Integration to play a pivotal role in advancing advisor recruiting and onboarding integration by delivering tools, insights, reporting, and content that improve execution across the full recruiting lifecycle.

You will provide oversight and strategic direction to the Manage Service Provider (MSP) to ensure efficient service delivery to T&D business users and to manage the day-to-day responsibilities to support and maintain applications in T&D; Follow up on application services and problem escalations, partner with architects, and drive service excellence for our T&D Grid Resilience applications; Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the application service process and communicate and coordinate with business and other IT teams and leadership to ensure appropriate integration of operational activities. You will have a key role in supporting our PSPS, Vegetation Management and Inspections applications, and will partner and effectively collaborate with the business and other operational towers within IT (like Infrastructure, Security, and Service Integration) to ensure operational efficiency.
