Core Responsibilities Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals Collaborate on developing and implementing intervention plans Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed Support students' social-emotional growth and behavior management Assist in data collection and documentation for IEP compliance Partner with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student succes What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field Valid Special Education Teacher or Special Education license/certification (state-specific) School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available Strong collaboration and communication skills Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs Compensation & Benefits ESS Clinical believes in supporting the whole professional — not just filling a role.
