As a Tax Senior Accountant, Partner Tax Matters you will be responsible for reviewing targeted income calculations and other partner-level income allocations, reviewing the allocation of state law adjustments, and reviewing federal and state partnership K-1s. The Partner Tax Matters team is responsible for allocating federal and state taxable incomes to our partners, and for producing and distributing the annual Forms K-1 packages to all active and retired US Firms partners.
