p>Overview: Reporting to the Tax Director, Associate Tax Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the global ASC 740 function, as well as consolidated federal tax return reporting, forecasting of cash tax payments, managing the IRS and various state examination, and coordinating tax planning.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum 11 years' experience in Finance, Business or a related field with 4 years' managerial experience or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 15 years' higher education and/or work experience with 4 years' managerial experience.
