TASKS:

Provides secretarial/clerical support for an Elementary School Principal and staff; maintains records of absentees for all staff; assists substitutes with class schedules; keeps time records or oversees the tracking and reporting for substitute teachers and hourly employees; prepares and disseminates correspondence on behalf of the Principal; prepares various reports for District and Governing Board.

p>The Senior Program Manager operates with credibility at senior and executive levels, clearly communicating strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes while leading large, cross‑functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, Support, and Customer Success.

Purpose:

The Senior Program Manager - Integrations owns the delivery of complex, multi‑year enterprise programs that consolidate functionality, data, and workflows across multiple products into the broader Clinisys SaaS platform and technology ecosystem.

Bachelor's degree with a solid academic record, all majors welcome OR satisfactorily completed a Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED and two years of experience in a supervisory position (does not require experience with direct reports). Supervises the operation of the store and team members, including assigning daily activities, delegating tasks to team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, approving time records, time off and managing other scheduling conflicts to ensure proper team member coverage.

This position provides developmentally appropriate care for the population that it serves which includes planning for the safe discharge, continuity of care, the ability to recognize and plan for the unique needs of all ages as well as the physically disabled, mentally ill, chronically ill and terminally ill patient. Case Managers are responsible for conducting initial assessments on patients, participating in daily multi-disciplinary rounds, communicating the discharge plan and updates to patients, families, and the medical team, as well as delegating tasks to a transitional care associate.
