Qualifications: Some restaurant experience is required; bilingual in English and Spanish is a must for speaking, reading, and writing; ability to understand Salsa Fresca’s ‘Fresh Food You Can Trust’ philosophy and apply it to everyday operations and guest experiences; ability to effectively manage a team while leading with kindness and by example; a high school diploma or equivalent.
