The Engineering Manager leads all engineering activities related to the design, development, and sustainment of Mil-Aero filter connector products; responsible for defining strategy, planning, and executing new product development initiatives, while supporting and expanding existing product lines. The key responsibilities of the Engineering Manager include, but are not limited to: Leads and actively participates in major product development efforts from concept through production release, including customer engagement, design reviews, project execution, supplier coordination, qualification, and manufacturing transition.
