Be the trusted advisor by creating strong relationships with campus leaders, division support teams, and senior leaders rooted in great customer service, team approach works best attitude, and servant leadership. Establishes and reevaluates recruitment service level agreements (SLA) with individual campuses and leaders to drive full-cycle recruitment efforts related to sourcing, screening, and scheduling the right candidates for selection.
p>She / he will partner closely with the regional Data Connectivity Product Management leaders and teams as well as key stake holders cross-functionally, especially, but not limited to regional and global leaders from Sales, Operations, Project and Program Management, Procurement, Manufacturing and Product Engineering. Proven commercial and leadership track record to drive regional/global market share gains, including sales, operations, and engineering teams with significant customer exposure at senior executive level in a fast paced and changing environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
