The Account Manager-Employee Benefits is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts that vary in size and have needs that vary in complexity. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
