p>• Lead technical discovery alongside Sales during client meetings and site walks • Define system architecture, signal flow, and design intent across audio, video, lighting, and control • Develop clear, buildable scopes of work and system designs • Select equipment and platforms appropriate to use case, budget, and long-term support • Produce or review system documentation (single-lines, risers, rack concepts, narratives) • Validate feasibility, risk, and assumptions prior to proposal submission • Sign off on technical scope at handoff • Partner with Project Managers and Install Leads during execution • Remain accountable through commissioning to verify systems meet design intent. 4-7+ years of experience in Pro A/V systems design, engineering, or integration Strong command of signal flow, system architecture, and integrated A/V platforms Experience with design/build and consultant-led projects Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to Sales, PMs, installers, and clients Comfortable balancing multiple projects with attention to detail.
