Qualifications · 1+ year of experience in a cardiothoracic surgery setting · 1+ year of first assist experience in cardiothoracic surgery · 1+ year second assist experience in cardiothoracic surgery · 1+ year of experience in endovascular vein harvesting · Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program · Current NCCPA Board Certification required · Possession of or eligibility for a California medical license · Prior experience with Epic EMR (preferred) · Current ACLS certification · Active DEA registration · Fellowship training in cardiothoracic surgery (a plus).
