Training and technical assistance will be related to the delivery of the Weatherization program including, but not limited to the Weatherization database, Central & Subgrantee systems, small building and multifamily energy audit software tools, work scope development and other policies and procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM).
