n\n \nWork Experience/Education/Skills Requirements:?\n \nRequired:\n\n Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical discipline; or equivalent practical experience.\n \n\n 5+ years of experience in PV system design, EBOS engineering, or electrical design for utility-scale projects.\n \n\n Strong working knowledge of NEC requirements and PV design principles.\n \n\n Demonstrated expertise in EBOS components including PV harnesses, DC feeders, combiner systems, and MV cabling.\n \n\n Ability to read and interpret construction plan sets, single-line diagrams, and complex electrical schematics.\n \n\n Proficiency in AutoCAD.\n \n\n Experience performing engineering calculations (voltage drop, conductor sizing, ampacity, etc.).\n \n\n Experience using structured engineering documentation and data management systems.\n This role focuses on advanced technical execution, design accuracy, code compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimized, buildable solutions that align with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.\n \nThe Senior Design Engineer will serve as a technical leader within the design engineering team, providing mentorship to junior engineers, supporting value engineering initiatives, and ensuring design integrity, speed, and scalability across projects.
