Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access; Google Apps; Considerable knowledge of local and state policies regarding North Carolina Discipline Data Reporting Procedures; Considerable knowledge of Electronic Access to Student Information (EASi-SIRS), Advanced Reporting, eSchools, and PowerSchool programming; Excellent organizational, analytical and proofreading skills with the ability to track potential errors and verify accurate data contained in databases; Ability to complete complex tasks and minimize errors with attention to detail; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools to ensure the appropriate flow of information, collaborative efforts, and feedback; excellent public speaking and presentation skills; Ability to work independently and complete tasks in the absence of clear direction; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school system staff, students, parents, external agencies, and the community. Associates degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; Experience in research methodology and database management; Broad technical knowledge of application development; Other combination of applicable education, professional learning/training, and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform effectively in the position may be considered.
