Duties include analysis of community and family support programming data, primarily collected and managed in Salesforce; inform continuous improvement and long-term decision making around policy and practice; support collection of new high quality data; identifying strategic priorities and project management related to data requests and reports; design and implement analytics and reporting deliverables that meet program needs; ensuring data product quality; consulting with program staff and leadership on efforts to collect, compile, use, and/or report data; consulting with external partners; building data capacity for leadership and stakeholders; developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the data generated and managed by the Division of Community and Family Support and how it compares to national trends; and contribute to cross-division, cross-departmental and external-facing reporting efforts.
