Job Title: Salesforce System Analyst/ Product Manager

The Salesforce System Analyst/Product manager acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, designing Salesforce-based solutions, supporting system enhancements, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring that Salesforce platforms align with business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flows.
- Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications.
Salesforce Solution Design- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects on solution design.
- Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Recommend process improvements and platform optimizations.
Data & Reporting- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Perform data analysis using Salesforce reports, SOQL, SQL, and integrated analytics tools.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
Testing & Deployment- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and UAT plans.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- Validate system changes before production deployment.
- Support release management and change management activities.
Stakeholder Management- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and IT teams.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and JAD sessions.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
