What You'll Do:
OEM Design-In & Business Development
Drive early engagement with OEM engineering teams to secure specifications and design wins; identify, develop, and convert opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial engagement to production. Manage forecasting, pipeline, and CRM (Salesforce) to ensure visibility, while supporting pricing, quoting strategy, and program profitability.
