The Enterprise Strategy Manager role will require you to: • Lead prioritized strategic initiatives in conjunction with the Enterprise Strategy team and other business unit leaders • Employ a hypothesis-driven approach to solve complex business problems from across the Rheem organization • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic initiatives, identify market drivers, enhance current business strategies, and inform key business decisions • Analyze information on markets, channels, customers, competitors, M&A, or partnership/licensing targets • Provide project management for prioritized strategic initiatives and other project support to facilitate the executive decision-making process • Collaborate with senior leadership from across the organization, exhibiting clear and consistent communication and thoughtful engagement styles • Create / conduct financial modeling and develop business cases to evaluate opportunities and targets • Assist with the development and establishment of specific analysis tools relating to markets, channels, customers and prospects • Assist in creation of executive and BOD-level presentation materials • Support the Corporate Development team in due diligence processes; assist in screening, tracking and documentation of targets and progress.
