Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead and manage complex, high-impact projects. This senior-level role is responsible for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing large or complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and aligning project execution with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and performance metrics.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and dependencies.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and executive-level status reporting.

• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and project alignment.

• Coordinate cross-functional and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Resolve project issues and remove barriers that may impact delivery.

• Apply advanced project management methodologies and best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement across project execution processes.

• Mentor and coach project team members and less experienced project managers.

• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years of project management experience, including management of complex projects.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• PMP certification required.

• Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and software.

• Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource management.

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.

• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced project management certifications or specialized credentials.

• Experience managing projects that directly support organizational or business strategy.

• Utility, energy, natural gas, engineering, or large corporate project experience.

• Experience mentoring project managers and project teams.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
