·Provide strategic human resource insight and guidance on organization issues and business implications pertaining to specific projects and initiatives.
·Direct implementation of new or revised HR programs and/or policies through effective communications and training of business unit managers and employees.
·Provide ongoing consulting and support services to business unit managers in the execution/delivery of HR programs and policies as well as guidance related to the management of their employees.
·Lead
·7 or more years of progressive, related professional HR experience at high performing organizations
·Demonstrated success and experience in consulting on and driving Compensation, Performance Management, Staffing and Learning and Development.
·Demonstrated leadership and customer focus skills
·Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
·Certification as SPHR or PHR desired.
·Demonstrated success in Project Management.
·Knowledge of employment law and current HR trends.
·Minimum education is HS Diploma or equivalency
