Near-term areas of focus may include Command Center / fleet oversight, Life of a Load (end-to-end service delivery), launch and land operations, AV hubs and customer launch sites, Waabi Services (maintenance, inspections, roadside, data offload, mission support, customer operations), partner and ecosystem integration, and pilot-to-scale playbooks. This person will define the operating models, service capabilities, partner workflows, and customer-facing product requirements required to bring the Waabi Driver to market and scale it from commercial pilots into a broader autonomous trucking network.
