JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Drivers license with a good driving record; Personal car in good working order Valid Florida license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) BLS and IV certification per department requirement Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Surgery Nursing or equivalent Hospice experience preferred Graduated from an accredited nursing program, must meet criteria for employment by Halifax Health.
