Consistent with the values of Case Western Reserve University and University Health and Counseling Services, this position will contribute to building a welcoming community that thrives by working together, focusing on collective well-being, and helping students gain insight from their academic endeavors and real-world experiences. Manage student referrals for care outside of Health Service and Counseling Services, (specialist visits, testing, etc.) in coordination with the parameters of the patients health insurance and provide follow-up with students and professionals to assess referral outcomes.
