Nursing diploma, associate or bachelor's degree required Valid Massachusetts Registered Nursing (RN) license required Must be in good standing with the Massachusetts Board of Nursing Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) required Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities Knowledge of theory and principles of psychiatric nursing preferred Knowledge of psychopharmacology, symptom management, observation of effects of medication, reporting and recording Demonstrated strong attention to detail Demonated strong time management and organizational skills Demonated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actions Must be able to perform CPR and crisis intervention using agency-trained protocols Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication Must have current, valid driver's license in state of residence, two(2) years driving experience in the United States, and acceptable driving record. Functions effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary rapid-response team, utilizing sound clinical judgment and independent nursing decision-making to support recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.
