    Are you a passionate Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner seeking a rewarding career in a vibrant, team-oriented environment?     Schedule:

    Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (no nights or weekends)

    Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations of patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood counts, bone marrow biopsies, and imaging studies.
    • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
    • Prescribe and administer medications, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care therapies.
    • Manage side effects and complications of treatment.
    • Educate and counsel patients and their families about their diagnosis, treatment options, and prognoses.
    • Collaborate with oncologists, hematologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in hematology and oncology.


    Requirements


    • Master's degree in Nursing and current APRN license in Florida.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patient-centered care.
    • Proficiency in EMR systems and electronic charting.
