The implementation, performing and overseeing of various levels of project schedules and controls functions are as follows: Project schedule development; critical path method (CPM) analysis; unit- and/or cost-loading, monitoring and progressing; obtaining/preparing internal schedules and their corresponding progress updates, creating associated analytical reports for engineering, project development, and construction needs. 10+ years of mechanical contracting scheduling and project controls experience involving CPM scheduling of stand-alone and multi-project work programs, including the development, unit- and/or cost-loading, monitoring, progressing, reporting and presentation of project schedules for engineering, project development, and construction phases of work.
