This position is responsible for directing all phases of the subcontracts from sourcing strategies, initiation, Request for proposals (RFP's), proposals, negotiations, issuing purchase orders, long term agreements, internal audits, cost accountability executive reviews, supplier reviews, program reviews, contract closeout, compliance requirements and all associated metrics.
