p>Key Responsibilities: ā¢ Document, develop, deploy, and maintain reliable and efficient code using C#, VB, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and other scripting languages ā¢ Build client GUI, console, service, and web applications to support real-time operations in a multi-user environment ā¢ Develop solutions in a mixed Windows/Linux environment ā¢ Design, implement, and maintain SQL databases ā¢ Provide support to Spacecraft Operations and Engineering teams ā¢ Communicate with team regarding new and ongoing projects and issues ā¢ Participate in 24x7 rotating on-call schedule to cover support requirements outside normal business hours ā¢ Generate and present weekly and monthly reports regarding system performance, issues, and project status ā¢ Collaborate with senior team members with development projects ā¢ Participate in code and documentation reviews ā¢ Identify new tools/methods/processes to improve team communication and efficiency ā¢ Support end-to-end systems integration and regression testing ā¢ Use a spectrum analyzer and other tools to diagnose and monitor RF components of the ground system ā¢ Work closely with primary engineers to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to act as a backup engineer for critical products ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and build requirements ā¢ Assist with development of proof of concept products within a controlled test environment ā¢ Work in a high-stress environment in a cohesive group setting; possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adhere to policies and follow procedures.

ā¢ Providing support for ground system anomaly response ā¢ Assisting spacecraft operations and engineering teams with routine questions ā¢ Evaluating requests for third-party software ā¢ Assisting senior team members with projects and striving to increase technical skills and professional knowledge ā¢ Escalating mission-impacting issues to senior team members and management as necessary ā¢ Acquiring the essential knowledge to act as the backup engineer for all assigned critical systems, products, and processes.
