Proven experience supporting aerospace or advanced manufacturing programs through structured development phases (e.g., PDR/CDR).Preferred Qualifications & Skills:* Experience with aircraft transparency systems (windows, canopies, acrylic structures)* Familiarity with PDR/CDR processes* Exposure to bonded structures, coatings, or autoclave curing processes* Prior work on military or defense-related aerospace programs* Coordinate engineering design, integration, and analysis activities across IPT teams* Own and manage technical requirements driven by customer specifications* Guide engineering hours, schedules, and task sequencing* Serve as the technical point of contact between design, stress, M&P, and manufacturing teams* Support preliminary and critical design reviews (PDR/CDR)* Interface with internal stakeholders to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and certification requirementsSoftware/Tools Used:* CATIA V5 (or later) - working knowledge to review designs, understand assemblies, and coordinate with Design Engineers (not necessarily hands-on modeling) * Engineering documentation systems - ability to work with drawings, specs, and technical requirements (PLM/PDM tools not named, but experience in structured engineering environments expected)If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply via the 'apply now' link provided.
