p>As an educator, the MSW Social Worker/Educator collaborates with Organizational Learning, participating in the design, implementation and evaluation of orientation, continuing education, and in-service education relevant to Care Management staff, patient population(s), practice setting, regulatory compliance, and patient and family education. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of internal and external customers including but not limited to medical staff, patients and families, clinical personnel, support and technical staff, outside agencies and members of the community.
