Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills; demonstrated knowledge of operations, including finance, staffing, scheduling, productivity management, workflow planning, and staff development; proficiency in PC-based computer software, including Microsoft Office applications.
